I share this information with the caveat that it expresses how I have perceived these downloads in my unique filter and it is based on my current level of consciousness. The universe meets us where we are, revealing truth in layers — and as we expand, so too does what is available for us to receive. Since the commercialisation of the esoteric Twin Flame concept — along with its jargon of “Divine Masculine/DM,” “Divine Feminine/DF,” “runner/chaser,” and “karmic” — one question that arises again and again in the Akashic Records is:
“Is this person my Twin Flame?”
And the most common answer is: “no”
This is not because Twin Flames are a New Age delusion or cult fantasy, as some would have you believe. They are real — I know, because I have experienced it myself.
Nor is it because they are an exclusive “chosen 144k” destined for greatness, as the opposite extreme of spiritual elitism would claim.
The deeper truth is that Twin Flames are rare. Not every soul has one. And even those who do may not incarnate with their counterpart in the same lifetime.
They are more prevalent in this era because of their role in planetary ascension. But even now, they remain uncommon.
The Purpose of Twin Flames at the Current Phase of Ascension
Contrary to the matrix-manufactured myth of a metaphysical fairytale romance, the Twin Flame path is not primarily about love stories. Twin Flames are ascension partners.
It is an ascension trajectory chosen by the soul to know itself through the most intense mirror of its own reflection.
Twin Flames are one soul choosing to incarnate in masculine and feminine polarities (not always aligned with physical gender) for purification and divine service — to anchor 5D templates of:
Unconditional love
Wholeness & sovereignty
Non-attachment
Divine union with Source
— upon the Earth, and to serve as wayshowers and co-creators for the collective.
The connection is a catalytic, fiery crucible — often devastating, always transformative. It is the most powerful exposure of the illusion of separation.
When you realise that the person you once believed to be the love of your life is literally yourself, it can feel like a cruel cosmic joke. That’s how it felt for me — until my consciousness expanded beyond the 3D programming that told me:
- “Finding the one” would complete me
- “Butterflies in the stomach” was proof of passion
In truth, those butterflies were my nervous system signalling fear, hypervigilance, and vulnerability.
This programming convinces us that if we don’t find “the one,” we are unworthy, condemned to remain lonely outcasts. It drives us into transactional relationships to fill the void, and deceives us into believing that unless love feels like chaos, longing, suffering, or adrenaline, it must not be real.
But the genuine Twin Flame journey reveals the opposite: true love is not intensity born of lack or survival stress. It is the steady radiance of sovereignty, inner safety, wholeness, unconditional love, unity consciousness and divine union with Source. We become the love we are, not the love we seek, we realise that there is no separation and that Source is “THE One’.
Types of Twin Flame Origins
Not all Twin Flames share the same origin. Based on my current level of consciousness, I am aware of two primary pathways, which depend on when the soul split within its multidimensional structure:
Split Soul Twin Flames
These are two fractals of a single soul that split at a lower dimensional level — usually closer to the soul’s descent into incarnation. This split often occurs as the soul prepares to enter duality and experience polarity in the earthly realm.
They are the purest mirror of one another, often sharing parallel traumas, karmic themes, and emotional wounds. The Split Soul Twin Flame journey is deeply intense and transformational, often characterised by push and pull cycles of union and separation.
This connection serves as a spiritual bootcamp — breaking down illusions of self, dissolving ego, remembering wholeness, oneness and energetic sovereignty.
Monadic Twin Flames
Monadic Twins also arise from the same soul essence, but their split occurred at a higher dimensional level — within the Oversoul or Monad itself. This division took place much earlier in the soul’s evolution.
Because Monadic Twins have spent more lifetimes evolving independently, they often reunite with greater sovereignty and spiritual maturity. Their union is less focused on karmic clearing and more on divine embodiment, co-creation, and service to the collective.
While some myths depict Twin Flames as “two halves of a soul,” this is a distortion.
Twin Flames are mirrors, not missing pieces. In our holographic universe “as above, so below”, they are fractals of the same soul — whole, sovereign, and complete.
Key Phases of the Twin Flame Path
Every soul is unique — and therefore, each Twin Flame journey is bespoke, designed to align with that soul’s particular karma, lessons, themes, and purpose. It is not a cookie-cutter experience.
Yet, based on my own path and that of other Twins I’ve witnessed, there are distinct energetic hallmarks and stages that consistently arise.
The relationship is typically paradigm-shifting and / or each Twin is pulled out of their comfort zone.
Many pairs of Twin Flames bear a physical resemblance to each other, though this is not always the case.
The dynamic is often polarized:
The Divine Masculine tends to be the “Matrix Twin,” more identified with the physical and often operating within the ego.
The Divine Feminine tends to be more awakened, working quantumly in spirit.
The Masculine is like the electricity that sparks her system, while she becomes the magnet, doing the energetic work that catalyses the transformation.
The Phases
Foreshadowing — Signs and synchronicities of angel numbers, foreshadowing of their name, vivid dreams before meeting, angel numbers, telepathy, and uncanny events guiding you together.
Connecting — The instant familiarity: the most magnetic, powerful chemistry and recognition you’ve ever known, often accompanied by the overwhelming desire and intimate sense of “I know you.”
Honeymoon Period — Addictive, all consuming energy. Signs, telepathy, dream visitations, and parallels flood in, leaving no doubt that something extraordinary is happening.
Kundalini Awakening — For many, the connection sparks a Kundalini Awakening to varying degrees, creating dramatic shifts in body, mind, and spirit.
Soul Recognition — The mirror ignites each other’s deepest wounds with surgical precision. Every insecurity, distortion, and fragment of separation surfaces. This is not punishment — it is purification.
Triggering & Purification — Core wounds erupt. Traumas and karmic imprints rise. The connection exposes everything not aligned with love.
Separation / Runner–Chaser — Typically, the Divine Masculine withdraws even going to the extreme of ghosting the Feminine, not because he doesn’t love her but because he is overwhelmed by the connection, his shadows and his ego is battling for control. The Feminine clings and obsesses in addictive energy (though roles can reverse), she is deeply hurt and desperately tries to rescue him and the relationship but to no avail. This agonising stage is a catalyst for growth.
Surrender & Inner Union — Eventually the breakthrough comes when the Feminine chooses herself, she begins to turn inward, realising that seeking completion in him only fuels the cycle. She pulls back her energy, heals and balances her own inner masculine and feminine, surrenders the connection to divine will, and honours both her path and his.
Bargaining — The Subtle Trap. In this phase, the Feminine may confuse trauma-driven detachment from the masculine for true non-attachment. She may also believe that her inner work is a means to an end — that healing herself will “earn” the reward of the masculine’s return. This expectation keeps her subtly waiting and chasing, still tethered to illusion. True sovereignty arises only when she releases the bargain entirely and calls her energy fully back into her own purpose.
Testing — The Masculine senses the energetic vacuum and may return to test whether she is truly sovereign. If she wobbles, loops of separation and reunion repeat until she stabilises and recognises that the Divine Masculine is within her. At that point, she no longer seeks him outside herself.
Hieros Gamos — The sacred union of inner masculine and feminine in divine union with Source. This occurs first within the Feminine, and only then does the Masculine begin to awaken, align, and (in some cases) take steps toward physical union.
External Union (Possible) — When inner union stabilises, external physical union may follow with the Twins generating a third energetic field and co-creating in divine service — but it is never guaranteed. It depends on the soul blueprint, free will, and evolving planetary architecture. Some Divine Masculines or Feminines may loop in avoidance for years, or even an entire lifetime. For others its about co-creating with their Twin Flame across the veil or for myself, the Twin Flame bond is a chrysalis, preparing the ground for a higher-vibrational 5D soul connection that can only arrive once alignment is reached with that timeline.
Beyond the Propaganda of Union
Despite the obsession in the spiritual marketplace, the true “end game” of the Twin Flame journey is not necessarily physical union in this lifetime. The ultimate purpose is not about two human beings ending up together. It is about Hieros Gamas, sovereignty, and divine remembrance. If physical union occurs, it is the ribbon on the gift, the overflow of that wholeness — never its cause.
I know this through heartbreak — my own beloved Twin Flame transitioned to spirit while we were still in separation. I also know several other bereaved Twin Flames.
For us, the journey and divine service has been to embody and demonstrate that love never dies. It only changes form.
Physical death cannot sever the cord of divine union. The bond endures beyond the veil, reminding us that the essence of the Twin Flame path is not bound by time, space, or physicality. It is the eternal truth of love itself — ever-present, ever-unified, ever-returning us to Source.
Mystical Phenomena of Twin Flames
Because the connection operates across dimensions, it often manifests through experiences that defy ordinary explanation, such as:
Signs & Synchronicities — repeating numbers, names, songs, symbols that appear with uncanny precision.
Telepathy — sharing thoughts, emotions, or exact words across distance.
Dream Visitations & Astral Contact — lucid encounters, shared dreamscapes, and meetings in other realms.
Energetic Overlaps — feeling their physical presence, sudden Kundalini surges, spontaneous activations.
These are not fantasies or wishful projections, but natural reflections of a holographic universe in which all is connected.
Yet it’s important to remember: these mystical experiences are not the destination. They are signposts — reminders pointing you inward to the deeper work of sovereignty, wholeness, and union with Source.
The Distortions of False Light
False light is our teacher, I learned many tough lessons in discernment as I navigated the misinformation in the Twin Flame collective. This rare, ancient, sacred soul connection has been hijacked and twisted to serve matrix agendas — keeping souls bound to 3D karmic templates of conditional love, attachment, co-dependency, enmeshment, and suffering.
The mainstream exploitation and distortion of the Twin Flame mythos — with its jargon and pop-spiritual packaging — has lured many into remaining in toxic, karmic, or even abusive relationships under the illusion they are divine unions.
Trauma-bonding is not Twin Flame love.
Even genuine Twin Flames have been derailed by this hijacked narrative. Feminines waiting, chasing, and feeling perpetually incomplete have been indoctrinated into believing that if physical union does not manifest, they have somehow failed.
This is programming, not ascension.
It keeps the gaze outward, searching for completion in another, instead of inward — where sovereignty, wholeness, and true divine union with Source are remembered.
The Waves of Twin Flames
As aforementioned, Twin Flames are rare — but when there is a planetary ascension event, as is unfolding on Earth now, they incarnate in greater numbers. The unfolding of the Twin Flame journey has not happened all at once.
There is a theory — one that deeply resonates with me — that like all things in ascension, the Twin Flame mission has emerged in waves: groups of souls incarnating with the shared purpose of embodying and anchoring the Twin Flame frequency on Earth at specific phases of humanity’s evolution.
I personally align with this, as my Twin and I were part of the First Wave, and our journey mirrors the experiences of other First Wave Twins I know.
It is important to understand that these “waves” are not rigid categories tied to linear timelines like birth years, but energetic patterns — cycles of soul groups arriving with different octaves of the same mission. Each wave corresponds less to human chronology and more to vibrational purpose and the timing of Earth’s ascension.
Each wave carries its own unique role: dismantling old templates of love distorted by fear and control, clearing layers of karmic debris, and planting seeds for the consciousness of unconditional love to take root.
The waves are not separate from one another, but a continuum — like notes in a cosmic symphony. Without the dissonance and sacrifice of the first, the harmony of the third and fourth could never sound. Each wave builds upon the last as a rising tide of love, each playing their part in dissolving the illusion of separation and anchoring the truth of divine union
Wave 1 — The Pioneers / Breakers of Chains
(roughly 1970s–early 1990s births, awakening 1999–2012)
- Role
The strongest soldiers, the ground-breakers of the template. My Twin and I, along with the rest of this wave, incarnated when collective consciousness was still very dense. We were fast asleep, concealed deep within the matrix. Our mission was to crack open the grid of separation, to live through immense karmic entanglements, and to begin dismantling ancestral trauma, collective shadow, and relationship distortions that had calcified since millennia.
- Journey
We carried heavy karmic contracts and volunteered for extremely painful dynamics — addiction, incarceration, taboo relationships, heartbreaks that never resolved in physical union, or the ultimate sacrifice in the death of a Twin.
The internet and global connectedness had not yet fully opened, so there were no maps, no community, no shared language for what we were going through. We were the first to awaken to the concept of Twin Flames in the modern era, and we had to “go it alone.”
Many of us met our Twins through unusual or “forbidden” circumstances. Our unions were hidden, misunderstood, or condemned. We often faced ridicule, exile, or rejection. Still, we followed our hearts despite the stigma, showing through lived experience that love is love, no matter what it looks like.
- Gift
Wave 1 smashed open the grid — cracking the Matrix hold on love. Through heartbreak, sacrifice, and endurance, we anchored the original frequencies of unconditional love and spiritual sovereignty into Earth’s gridwork..
Wave 2 — The Builders
(roughly 1980s–2000s births, awakening 2012–2020)
- Role
Carriers of the flame into the collective once the first cracks were made. Wave 2 builds upon Wave 1’s groundwork, serving as the bridge between the pioneers and the collective. They incarnated into a time when spirituality was becoming more mainstream — but also when the distortions of the Twin Flame concept were beginning to take root and spread.
- Journey
This wave was more conscious of the Twin Flame concept thanks to its growing mainstream visibility (though much of it was distorted). Many awakened through synchronicities, vivid dreams, or a sudden sense of destiny around meeting their Twin.
The core challenge for Wave 2 has been discernment — to separate truth from distortion, and to transcend ego traps such as projection, obsession, and waiting. Many fell into the snares of false light teachings, toxic loops, or mistook karmic/soulmate dynamics for Twin Flames due to the explosion of online “Twin Flame” content. They faced the paradox of being aware of the truth of the connection while also navigating hijacked narratives: runner/chaser, karmic obsession, and the matrix story of external completion.
For many, this led to cycles of waiting, chasing, or mistaking trauma-bonds for divine love. Yet these struggles themselves became the crucible for growth. The task of this wave is healing and integration: pulling back their energy, reclaiming sovereignty, and midwifing the collective shift from karmic templates into divine templates.
Gift
The struggle of Wave 2 with discernment has refined the collective understanding of what the Twin Flame path truly is. By confronting distortions directly, they are anchoring the crucial difference between trauma-bonding and divine union. Their role is integration — healing their own inner union, breaking free of programming, and making the path more accessible and visible for those who follow.
Wave 3 — The Embodiers / Crystal Carriers
(2000s–onwards, awakening 2020+)
Role
Born into a world already seeded with higher frequency, Wave 3 embodies the new templates of 5D love, sovereignty, and divine union in real time. They are not as tightly bound to the old karmic grids, carrying lighter soul contracts and crystalline DNA patterns. Their unions are less about purging and clearing, and more about building and anchoring.
Journey
Wave 3 are far less willing to tolerate distorted dynamics. Their relationships tend to centre on co-creation and service rather than karmic purging, though wounds may still surface as mirrors. Their challenge lies in discernment of another kind — not to romanticise the path or bypass the inner work.
Because they hold higher frequencies, there can be a temptation to claim “instant union” without deeper integration. Many may feel alienated from 3D systems and struggle with grounding, as their vibration can make the density of Earth feel heavy or foreign. Their path is to anchor high frequency love without floating away from embodiment.
Gift
Wave 3’s role is to model New Earth love: sovereign, non-attached, whole. They are here to live what the first and second waves bled to prepare. Their love is service, and their union itself functions as planetary gridwork in action — embodying Heaven on Earth not as an idea, but as lived reality.
Current Phase — The Convergence (2020s–now)
- The “waves” are blending. Earlier waves are reaching deeper levels of surrender and inner union, later waves are coming online rapidly.
- The old matrix blueprint of union as “completion through another” is dissolving, being replaced with the new blueprint of sovereignty, inner union, and divine service.
- Some Twins are physically uniting, others are serving through spiritual or “across the veil” connection. Both are equally valid.
In summary:
- Wave 1 broke the ground through immense struggle.
- Wave 2 built discernment by walking through distortion.
- Wave 3 embody and anchor higher templates with less resistance.
- Together they form a continuum, each necessary for the unfolding of the Twin Flame role in ascension.
The Emerging Fourth Wave (The Quantum Anchors)
- Now awakening.
- Role: To take the work further by embodying full quantum awareness of union. These are the souls incarnating now (and activating among us) whose role is not only to live in union but to anchor Heaven on Earth — weaving divine partnerships into planetary service, gridwork, and collective creation.
- Gift: Their presence accelerates humanity’s shift out of separation consciousness. They model love not as possession or desire, but as Source-in-motion — infinite, unconditional, and sovereign.Their mission is not just union but creation — anchoring Heaven on Earth through divine partnership. They hold the codes of oneness so deeply that union is not their end point but their starting point. Through them, the collective learns what it means to live as love embodied, beyond separation entirely.
The True Twin Flame Legacy
The Twin Flame journey is not about clinging to another.
It is about coming home to yourself and source.
It is the great unmasking of separation consciousness — the divine remembrance that you are already whole, sovereign, and the love of your own life.
Twin Flames who come into physical union with each other, or with another divine counterpart, serve a higher purpose: to anchor the template for 5D relationships on New Earth.
They have ascended beyond the 3D programming of attachment, fear-based energies, and the illusion of incompleteness. They have released the old paradigm that taught us butterflies in the stomach, longing, chaos, and intensity were proof of passion. In truth, they are signs of a nervous system in survival mode, not the foundation of stable, enduring love.
The core wounds have been largely healed so the partners are no longer distorted or projecting onto one another. They have mastered non-attachment. Each is whole and sovereign, free of enmeshment and co-dependency.
Through the alchemy of Hieros Gamos — the sacred marriage within — the inner masculine and feminine are healed and balanced in union with Source. From this zero point of oneness, both partners embody unity consciousness and the remembrance that there is no separation.
In this state, they no longer seek love outside of themselves. They become love itself. And it is this embodiment that renders their relationship unconditional — not transactional.
